What Customers Say About N.O. BrewTM - Traditional 64 oz. New Orleans Style, Fresh Cold-Dripped Iced Coffee:

I have been drinking N.O. Brew for about a year and it has become a life saver after moving from a coffee savvy town to the middle of nowhere (where cold brewed coffee is literally unheard of). I used to berw my own toddy but this is superior in so many ways:*higher yield: I never got this much toddy from a batch*more coffee for the price: the cost is about the cos of a pound of coffee but you don't have to spend 24 hours, use filters, etc*bean quality: you can't always find decently roasted beans but this product is always consistent.

I poured the cold coffee in the cup and then poured the heated water in, but next time I'm going to pour the coffee in with the water and heat them together. No need for sugar or milk if you're in a hurry.I did throw in a little Big Train Spiced Chai, 1.9-Pound Cans (Pack of 2) (half a scoop), and it's just delicious. I did alter the recommended ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 (one part coffee to three parts water). I decided to try it straight with just water and the N.O.Brew coffee. I needed this. The Big Train spiced chai is great, but I also love hazelnut. This is something I would never want to do with regular coffee. I could have finished the whole cup without a problem.

if you want to, try it this way:Change the ratio to 1:3.Heat the water and coffee.Check to see if you want to drink it straight at this point. I plan on putting the drink into a thermos, and I want it to be hot for a long time.I never drink coffee straight because it's way too bitter, but I decided to try this out to see the difference. The taste is sooooo much smoother than regularly brewed coffee. So, to recap. It was very good, but it wasn't as hot as it could be. It's absolutely true that it's not nearly as bitter as regular coffee. It's pretty darn good is it is.Add a bit of something to give it some flavor. I'm going to try that next.Enjoy.

New Orleans Style, Fresh Cold-Dripped Iced Coffee The coffe is good, but I would have liked to see the ratio broke down better. N.O. BrewTM - Traditional 64 oz. It state 1 to 2 parts, but i would have liked to see it in ounces. good with milk or water.

I've made my own iced coffee in the fridge the overnight way, and that was likely the best iced coffee I've ever had, but this stuff isn't bad. The only problem I had with it was when I followed the directions of two parts water to one part of concentrate, which came out very bitter to me, so I just diluted it until it tasted right, and I must say it tastes pretty good.I find this stuff to be a perfectly acceptable substitute for an iced latte, and considering I can get it from the fridge, and that there's about sixteen latte substitutes in here, it's a good deal even with shipping. I think I'll be buying more of this, especially now that Starbucks has discontinued it's iced coffee beverage in the tall skinny cans. I'll miss that beverage, but this NO Brew really helps to fill the void left by Iced Starbucks Coffee, and I haven't yet experimented with enhancing it with any kind of cream, milk, or sweetener.

In the am sieve the coffee maybe twice. Sure this No Brew is convenient, but it's not like the no-brew coffee you make yourself. Just take 1 pound of ground coffee add about 10 cups of cold water cover leave on counter overnite. Put the coffee "liqueur" in the fridge. Add milk or soy milk or.to the delicious brew you have made and ENJOY.
